I came across a one handed 24 hour watch and wondered what a one handed watch would look like that also includes minutes. The design below is the result of that wonder.
Outer ring: Counter rotating minutes
Hours: Fixed position
Centre ring: Second time zone
Hour hand: Attached to Jump hour movement.
I contemplated to bring this watch to market. But then an American funded company launched something similar (although without the jump-our movement) and their watch was met with so little response from the market that i deemed it was commercially not an attractive proposal for the watch market.
Using the same time principles, I made a design suggestion for Meistersinger. Please note: the designs below are not made by or endorsed by Meistersinger and are completely fictional designs made by me.
