For Blow-up media I located and contracted advertisement locations.
Since Blow-Up media places advertisements on scaffolding I setup a procedure to go to the local authorities daily to collect the permit request of scaffolding builders. This allowed Blow-Up media to move quickly and contact the building owner before anyone else.
